English Spear Point Bowie

This Regimental Bowie is 12 inches overall w/ checkered Walnut grips and Silver escutcheon. It was ground from 1/4 inch steel. Scabbard is original military type. Belt loop is separated and there is a point hole in the very tip. Otherwise is excellent +. The stitching on the reverse is remarkable.

Escutcheon

Silver. Crown is Major insignia. The Ostrich plumes have been explained. Marked INDIA 1905-6. I don't know the G. ICH DIEN means I Serve.
